Customer Service Desk
Located on the Ground Floor near The Sunglass Hut, the Customer Service Desk offers services such as gift voucher sales, lost property enquiries, gift wrapping service, free taxi phone service and general directions to assist in locating stores within the Centre.
They also offer the complementary service of hiring a wheelchair, motorised scooter or stroller. You need only to produce a Driver ID or a Medicare card for identification. The Customer Service Desk have a large array of quality gift wrap paper, covering all occasions, Birth, Engagement, Weddings and Birthdays. Prices start at $5.00 (approx. jewellery box size) or $7.00 for an average shoe box size wrap. Prices increase per size and difficulty.
In Case They Go Exploring
Shopping centres can be a busy place. The customer service desk now has Child Safety Wristbands available. Upon arriving at Bayside, parents and carers can now pick up a complimentary wristband from the Customer Service Desk, fill in their contact details and affix the bracelet to their child or care recipient’s wrist. It means that in the unfortunate event of them getting lost, our Centre Management team will easily be able to phone the parent or carer.
The four Parents Rooms at Bayside not only meet the health and safety standards, they have all been given five star ratings for their extra comfort and additional facilities. A Parents Room can be found on level one near Lorna Jane, level one near Gloria Jeans and in our ground floor and level two food court.
