The Greatest of the Mall, in partnership with Melbourne Food & Wine, is a snack-fuelled tribute to Melbourne’s legendary mall food scene, cooked up by Raph Rashid – the mind behind Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and All Day Donuts.

Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through Bayside, Broadmeadows Central, Box Hill Central, The Glen and Roxburgh Village to explore, taste, and test - all in the name of creating something totally new ... a unique snacc inspired by each centre!

Raph and his mates will dishing up the goods at these centres - with 600 serves of the limited edition snack available each date listed between 11am-2pm:

• Bayside | Prawn Toast Taco (with Jimmy Chews) - July 5–6
• Broadmeadows Central | Dubai Chocolate Rocky Road (with Tom Sarafian) | July 10–11
• Box Hill Central | Cumin Beef Puff with Spicy Ketchup Sauce (with Lizzy Hoo) – July 12–13
• The Glen | Steamed & Fried Chicken Curry Bun (with Jessica Nguyen) – July 19 -20
• Roxburgh Village | Cheesecake Baklava Donut – July 17–18
