Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through Bayside with his friend Jimmy Chews but this time, they didn’t just come to eat. They came to research. Explore. Taste. Test. All in the name of creating something totally new – a snacc made just for Bayside, inspired by the classics and reimagined for now.

Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013. 

From hammer to hotplate, Jimmychews is a carpenter turned cook who's not here to muck around. Now a presenter and host with a sharp eye for quality bites, he dishes out delicious finds from home kitchens to Melbourne’s best eats. With a love for food and drink that’s as bold as his banter, Jimmychews brings the chaos of the kitchen to the screen—always ready to chat, chew, and serve up something worth talking about.
