Meet Sam Absurd
Samuel Kim, better known as Sam Absurd, is a Korean-Australian mural artist recognised for his distinctive illustrative style that combines surreal imagery with influences from mathematics, philosophy, nature and science fiction. Over two decades, he has created works for festivals, councils, universities and public spaces across Australia, while also mentoring the next generation of artists through community programs.
