The Story of Fukutontei Ramen

In 2015, Fukutontei Ramen was born out of a deep love for Japanese culture and cuisine. Our founder, inspired by years of traveling through Japan and learning from master chefs, dreamed of bringing the authentic flavors of Japan to their hometown. The name “Fukutontei” was chosen to reflect the restaurant’s mission: “Fukuton” symbolizes good fortune and abundance, while “tei” means house or place—a place where good fortune and delicious food come together.

From the very beginning, Fukutontei Ramen was more than just a restaurant; it was a labor of love.
