Meet Dale
For Dale, being part of the Schnitz family has meant leaning into his passion for serving delicious food, creating memorable hospitality experiences and mentoring a team — all while supporting his own young family.
“Even if they don’t know it, our guests are the entire reason that I do what I do,” says Dale. “I can’t see myself doing anything in life that doesn’t involve creating amazing experiences, and food is truly the way to all of our hearts.”
Meet Nicole
Nicole has been working for the Cotton On Group for a solid seven years now, having started at one of their Typo stores. She’s been at Bayside for five years and loves the centre for its spirited community.
“Bayside customers are always fun,” says Nicole. “From having a laugh or singing along to the store's playlist, Frankston is so full of wonderful personalities that make each day a pleasure.”
Meet Susanne
Susanne has been the owner of Robinsons Bookshop since 2007. She bought the business after closing the book on a 20-year career in strategic planning and market research. Her loyal customers are as passionate about books as her team.
“It’s exciting to discuss the next new release with a customer and understand what books they have enjoyed and would recommend.”

From tax health to gut health. Go Vita owner Michelle loves helping Bayside locals step closer to better health and wellbeing.

Meet Adrian
Kick-starting the day with a coffee is a vital for many people, so Adrian knew his love of premium coffee would strike the right note with the locals at Bayside.
