Best parking for Woolworths & Kmart:
Enter the undercover multi-deck car park via either, Fletcher Rd, Beach Street, Evelyn Street or enter from the Fletcher Rd Overpass or Young Street for Rooftop parking.

Best parking for Coles and Target:
Enter the undercover multi-deck car park from, Balmoral Street or Ross Smith Ave; or you can also enter the basement car park from Olsen Street.

Best parking for HOYTS Cinemas:
Enter the undercover multi-deck car park via Thompson Street.

Disability parking: Show your disability permit at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 1 next to JB HI FI.

PAID ENGIE Fast Chargers, located in car park underneath Kmart, access via Evelyn St.

AC Chargers, located in car park underneath Hoyts Cinema, access via Thompson Street

From 1st January 2025, AC EV chargers will also become a paid service, ensuring more people can access the chargers. The cost of charging is available on the charging unit. Pay-per-kWh charging system via ChargeFox app.

Getting to Bayside has never been easier.
Tap & Go allows you to use your credit or debit card to enter and exit the car park without taking a ticket.

How does Tap & Go work?
When you arrive at Bayside, simply tap your credit or debit card at the entry boom gate.
When you're ready to leave, tap the same card at the exit boom gate.
Your parking session is linked to the card used on entry, making the process quick and convenient.

Do I need a parking ticket?
No. If you use Tap & Go, you do not need to take a parking ticket.
Simply tap your card on entry and tap the same card on exit.

Which card should I use?
You can use a credit or debit card with contactless payment enabled.

What happens when I leave?
When exiting the car park, tap the same card you used when entering. The boom gate will open and you'll be on your way.

Can I still take a ticket?
Yes. Ticketed parking remains available for customers who prefer to park using a traditional ticket.
