How does Tap & Go work?
When you arrive at Bayside, simply tap your credit or debit card at the entry boom gate. When you’re ready to leave, tap the same card at the exit boom gate. Your parking session is linked to the card used on entry, making the process quick and convenient.
Do I need a ticket when using Tap & Go?
No. If you use Tap & Go, you do not need to take a parking ticket.
Simply tap your card on entry and tap the same card on exit.
What are the car park's operating hours?
06:00am - 1:00am, 7 days a week
What is the car park height limit?
Carpark height limit is 2.1 Metres
Coles & Target height limit is 2.0 Metres
Woolworths & Aldi rooftop height limit is 2.25 Metres
Woolworths & Aldi Basement & undercover height limit is 2.1 Metres
What happens if I have lost my car?
Please contact the carpark team via intercom at the pay station or visit the information desk , located on level 1, opposite JB Hi-Fi for assistance. One of our friendly staff will assist you in finding your car.
Do you offer mobility parking?
Yes, we have ample parking for customers with mobility requirements, located on every main level of our car park in proximity to our main entrances for your convenience.
What should I do if a boom gate doesn't open?
Press the intercom / help button and the car park team will assist.
Do you offer a different rate for mobility card holders?
Free parking is granted for validation to guests who hold mobility cards. Please present a copy of your mobility card to the information desk, located on level 1, opposite JB Hi-Fi.
